Shipping policy

We offer domestic and international shipping.

- Standard Shipping: $5.00 (3-6 business days)

- Express US Shipping: $25 (1-3 business days)

- Free Shipping: for domestic orders over $200.00

Signature is required upon delivery of all packages unless small enough to fit in your mailbox. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package if needed. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.

Canada: $10 (5 – 8 business days)

United Kingdom: $15 (8 -10 business days)

Please note that all custom duties taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Saint Ola and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Saint Ola, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit (not including shipping fee).

Saint Ola is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

Returns and exchanges

Please email info@saintola.com for our return address. Do not return items to the address on your received package without contacting us first.

- Return items within 14 days of receiving the order in unused condition.

- Garments must be returned in a saleable condition and all tags remain attached.

- A return address will be provided once return is approved

- Refund will only be processed once items have been received.

- Items returned within 14 days of receiving the order and unused are subject for refund (less shipping charges).

- Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Saint Ola, but depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.

- Garments must be returned in a saleable condition and all tags remain attached.

- Refund will only be processed once items have been received.

- We do not offer exchanges at this time. It is more efficient to place a second order for the correct style, color or size. Then, treat Your original order as a standard return and You will be refunded per the process above.

- Face masks and filters are not returnable
