Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

• Contact customer care at info@saintola.com to initiate your return.
• Items returned within 14 days of receiving the order and unused are subject for refund (less shipping charges).
• Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Saint Ola, but depending on the circumstances may only be refunded as a store credit.
• Garments must be returned in a saleable condition and all tags remain attached.
• A return shipping label will be provided once return is approved.
• Refund will only be processed once items have been received.
• We do not offer exchanges at this time. It is more efficient to place a second order for the correct style, color or size. Then, treat Your original order as a standard return and You will be refunded per the process above.
• Face masks and filters are not returnable

Please email info@saintola.com for our return address. Do not return items to the address on your received package without contacting us first.
